System & Network Engineer：
With a good experience in internet hosting, the System and Network Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining web hosting platforms for our company's customers. She or he will provide support and assistance to our customers regarding their requests. She/he is able to manage and follow projects she/he is in charge of as well as provides technical solutions which she/he will have to show to customers and internal teams.
The position requires strong organizational people, System and Network skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing a professional service to the customer.
Responsibility:
1. Installation and setup of internet infrastructures (LAMP servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches,Load-Balancers, etc...)
2. Maintain and monitor security and ensure the proper functioning of managed architectures
3. Troubleshoot problems related to internet infrastructures
4. Assist, support and resolving customers requests in the respect of our SLA defined with customer
5. Manage relationship with vendors and providers
6. Write technical documentation related to infrastructure administrated by company
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science
2. Excellent English skills and good written and verbal communication skills
3. Mandarin knowledge is a plus
4. Good background of LINUX administration (Apache, Nginx, MySQL...)
5. Good background of networking (firewalls, routers, switches, MSTP, HSRP, etc...)
6. Experience in writing shell scripts
7. Knowledge in virtualization (VMWare is a plus)
8. Experience in internet hosting
9. Experience/knowledge of CDN is a plus
10. Good team player and reliable
11. Customer satisfaction focus oriented
12. Must be well organized and attentive to detail

Sr. Linux Administrator：
The Senior Linux System Administrator is responsible for all Linux systems used in production, staging, and development environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Setup, configuration, general maintenance and troubleshooting of all Unix and Linux systems.
2. Administration of server, network and storage hardware.
3. Management of Linux systems and server applications.
4. Assisting DBAs, Developers and QA users, with application operation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
5. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more systems such as Monitoring, Configuration Management, Load Balancing, Network and Application Security, Storage Management, Infrastructure Automation, Application/Language Support, and/or Site Migrations.
6. Respond to service outages.
Your profile:
1. Good communication in French is a MUST
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, with a minimum 5 years of relevant full time experience.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience with highly available, multi-node linux environments or server farms.
4. Knowledge of managing and configuring RAID systems, including SAN/NAS appliances.
5. Basic familiarity with networking CLI environment.
6. Familiarity with virtualization stack.
7. Working knowledge of RDBMS.
8. Strong understanding of Linux security best practices.
