一、公司简介
空桥货运航空公司是全球货运界排名第九的伏尔加-第聂伯航空集团下属的全资子公司,也是俄罗斯最具实力的货运航空公司,自2008年起,连续三届获得俄罗斯最佳货运航空公司称号,目前拥有波音747全货机12架,主要运营亚洲至欧洲、美洲的国际货运业务,其分支机构和营销网络遍布全球。
近年来“空桥货航”在中国的业务发展迅猛,现从中国经俄罗斯直飞欧洲各目的港的航线已有近十条,每周有超过30班,每班平均载量为110吨的运力往返于中国和欧洲大陆之间,是目前中国市场上最主要的国际货运航空公司之一。

二、招聘岗位
机场操作 2-3名
Operations & Ground Handling Officer
Locations: Shanghai
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Supervise and ensure provision of safety and quality services in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) to airline’s cargo and loading equipment (Warehouse operations), as well as to the company’s crew and aircraft (Ramp operations)
2. Coordinate ground operations and services performed by different suppliers, and ensure on time departure of aircraft in accordance with flight schedule
3. Supervise warehouse operations- cargo buildup, handling and storage of ULD and other materials, processing cargo documents, marking & packaging, transportation of ULD-loaded cargo to/from ramp- for their compliance with applicable standards and requirements
4. Ensure and supervise safe and orderly loading/unloading process, ULD positioning on board the aircraft in strict accordance with safety regulations, aircraft limitations, applicable corporate rules and loading priority
5. Ensure timely and correct capture of cargo and flight related data and information into airline’s system, perform final check on correctness of data
6. Prepare and check flight documents and reports
7. Assist incoming and out coming crews, provide timely and correct information, facilitate immigration and customs procedures, transportation and accommodation for crew members in strict accordance with approved standards
8. Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by shift supervisor and station manager
Selection criteria:
1. Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s Degree
2. CET at or above Level 4, good command in oral English
3. General understanding of airport, aircraft, and cargo terminal operations, key principles of air freight business
4. Experience in using PC standard Microsoft Office software applications- Word, Excel, familiarization with Lotus Notes is preferred
5. Personal qualities- strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, focus on quality and improvement, positive and active attitude, good communication skills, adaptability to changing and challenging work environment, ability to work in team and effectively contribute to final results, capability to supervise and consistently enforce company’s standards and requirements
6. Holder of driving license is preferred

Position:Customer Service Agent
Location:Shanghai
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Provide support to customers as part of Sales, CS and Marketing effort aimed at delivering company’s product (Schedule Cargo Transportation) in accordance with customers’ requests and expectations, company’s applicable regulations, guidelines and instructions
2. Ensure ongoing communication with customers, collect information on market activity, trends, players, products and services, solutions; timely report the collected information to regional management
3. Accept bookings collect detail information on shipments and ensure accurate capture of all shipment related data into the booking system, allocate space to cargo in accordance with pre-booked allotments (BSA), customers’ requests, management instructions and priorities
4. Monitor the level of cargo allocated to flights, work out optimal scheme of cargo distribution and loading priorities on flights with consideration to weight, dimension, volume, density, destination, and revenue indicators, update Sales on the progress of flight booking
5. Provide guidance to operations team with regard to positioning of ULDs with cargo on board in accordance with identified priorities
6. Maintain continuous communication with customers, update information on flights schedule, follow up on status of shipments, trucking movement and other shipment related specifics, monitor the level of overall satisfaction with services of ABC, answer inquiries, handle complaints and pre-claims, collect feedback and clarify company’s requirements, rules and standards to customers in timely and professional manner
Selection criteria:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. CET at or above Level 4, good command in oral English
3. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential
4. Experience in using PC standard Microsoft Office software applications- Word, Excel, familiarization with Lotus Notes is preferred

Position:Sales Executive
Location:Shanghai
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Pay regular sales calls and visits to regular customers; serve potential customers who mainly focus on free sales capacity, or high yield cargo.
2. Explore with customers on new business opportunities and seek their support on new routes and services.
3. Maintain good working relationship and resolve any issues and complaints if needed.
4. Solicit new customers from market to maximize load factor and yield.
5. Close collaborations with the customer service team to maximize the end-results of the each freighter operations.
6. Assist CS team with other stations in respect of changes of schedule and rotation when required. Ensure minimum disruption impact to customers’ requirements and avoid complaints.
7. Participating and support the sales of new product or destinations within the network and also ensure the smooth implementation and deliverables as customers’ expectations.
8. Collect and manage customer feedback on regular product and service.
9. Response timely to customer feedback and market information to respective parties.
10. Support Sales Department to develop market intelligence system including the agents’ performance monitoring system, market trend, and market share.

Selection criteria:
1. University graduate;
2. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Proficiency in English language at no less than CET 4 level;
3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, management, customer and suppliers;
4. Ability to work in multicultural environment;
5. IT skills, including the knowledge of Microsoft basic software and specialist software;
6. Team player;
7. Able to work with minimum supervision and in a multi-national team and environment.

Position: Billing Specialist
Location:Shanghai
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Preparing the daily consolidate after each flight departure based on the required supporting documents, and billing the invoices to agents on the specified periods, all of which shall be under the principal of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
2. Strictly following the regional billing procedure and funds management policy, to ensure funds safety.
3. Prepare regular and effective revenue report to give good analysis and contribution to commercial team of each station.

Selection criteria:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Fluent English (written and spoken) is obligatory;
3. Proficiency in Excel, PPT and other office software;
4. Logical thinking, ability to work under pressure & time limitation;
5. A conscientious attitude and high responsibility.
